LBS Exchange
EMBA-NY students have the opportunity to rank in Course Match and attend LBS exchange courses during their second year (i.e., during and after the third term of study for EMBA-Friday/Saturday students and the fourth term of study for EMBA-Saturday students). These courses are taught in a block week format and have limited seats. Tuition for LBS exchange courses is the same as the standard rate for EMBA tuition.
Seats in EMBA Global Block Week courses are exchanged with courses from the LBS EMBA Program and the LBS Masters in Finance program.
LBS exchange courses have extremely limited availability and seat capacities. Please keep in mind that many students rank LBS exchange courses during the Course Match ranking period as their “favorite” courses, but there is always greater student demand than there are seats available in given LBS exchange course.
For Summer 2025 and beyond: EMBA-NY students are able to receive a maximum of one LBS exchange course during a Course Match ranking period, for the duration of their EMBA program. For example, a student receives an LBS exchange course during the summer Course Match period, they will not be able to rank LBS exchange courses in the fall or spring. They will however, be able to add/drop and waitlist these courses.
Please see below the LBS exchange offerings, dates, and historical course syllabi for the Summer 2025 semester.
